Information You Provide

To help with your resume and job search, you may choose to provide information such as:

• Your resume, employment history, and educational background
• Career goals and the types of jobs you're pursuing
• LinkedIn or other professional profiles
• Your name, email address, phone number, and other contact information
• Other information you voluntarily share about your career or job search

Please do not send sensitive information that isn't necessary for the service, such as your Social Security number, financial account information, passwords, or similar confidential information. ThinkFast Solutions does not need this information to provide its services.

How Your Information Is Used

The information you provide is used only as reasonably necessary to communicate with you and provide the services you've requested, including reviewing and editing your resume and providing job-search guidance.

Your personal information will not be sold.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. When you make a payment, Stripe may collect and process payment and transaction information according to its own privacy practices.

ThinkFast Solutions does not directly receive or store your full credit or debit card information.

How Long I Keep Your Information

Information provided for your project may be retained for up to 30 days after your service is completed. This allows time for questions, revisions, or follow-up assistance.

After that period, personal information and project materials that are no longer reasonably needed will be deleted.

Some limited records may need to be retained longer for legitimate business, payment, tax, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. Information maintained independently by third-party services, such as Stripe, is subject to those services' own retention policies.

Sharing Your Information

Your personal information is not sold or rented to anyone.

Information may be handled by service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide your service, such as email, website hosting, file storage, and payment-processing providers. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.

Your Choices

You control what information you choose to provide. If there's something you don't think I need, feel free to ask before sending it.

You can also contact me if you have a question about your information or would like me to delete information you've provided, subject to any records that must reasonably be retained.
